All recordings, multitrack stems, and related audio materials made available through Sonic Atlas remain the intellectual property of Sonic Atlas and its associated rights holders unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement. Sonic Atlas operates with verified master ownership and clear provenance across its archive.

2. Licensed Use

Access to Sonic Atlas audio libraries and datasets is granted only under formal licensing agreements. Materials may be used solely for the purposes defined within the applicable licence, including artificial intelligence training, machine learning research, and technological development.

3. AI Training Disclosure

Where expressly permitted under licence, Sonic Atlas recordings and stems may be used within supervised or unsupervised machine-learning workflows, including model training, evaluation, and development. All use must remain within the scope of the agreed dataset licence.

4. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorised in writing, users may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Sonic Atlas recordings, stems, or datasets

• Make audio materials publicly available as standalone assets

• Claim ownership, authorship, or rights in Sonic Atlas materials

• Use materials in a way that infringes copyright or intellectual property law

5. Dataset Delivery and Security

Datasets may be delivered through secure digital transfer or controlled access systems. Clients are responsible for maintaining reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorised copying, extraction, or distribution.

6. Dataset Structure

Audio materials may include analog master recordings, multitrack stems, and curated datasets structured for machine-learning workflows. While Sonic Atlas ensures professional digitisation and dataset preparation, clients remain responsible for integration within their own technical environments.

7. Licensing Scope

Licensing structures may vary depending on dataset scale, duration, and application. These may include AI training dataset licences, research and development licences, custom dataset curation, or long-term strategic data supply agreements. All commercial terms are defined within individual contracts.

8. Enquiries

All requests for dataset access, licensing, or partnerships must be submitted directly to Sonic Atlas. No materials are supplied without a formal agreement.
